An open-source web app called GraphRAG Workbench, which turns PDFs into interactive 3D knowledge graphs built on Microsoft's GraphRAG, has been released. Distributed via a GitHub repository by Christopher Lyon, the tool lets users upload PDFs and, after entity extraction, relationship mapping and community detection, explore the connections between concepts in a document as an interactive 3D graph.
