Major Chinese AI companies are collectively using match-result predictions for the 2026 FIFA World Cup to showcase the capabilities of their large language models (LLMs) and attract users. Alibaba's Qwen, DeepSeek, Moonshot AI's Kimi, ByteDance's Doubao, Baidu's ERNIE Bot, Tencent Hunyuan, Zhipu GLM and MiniMax have rolled out prediction features and campaigns covering all 104 matches.
