On June 30, 2026, OpenContext, a personal knowledge and context store that connects to existing AI coding agent CLIs, was shared on GitHub. The open-source tool adds an MCP server plus Skills/Slash Commands to widely used agent CLIs such as Codex, Claude Code, OpenCode and Cursor, allowing knowledge to be persisted, searched and reused across projects and sessions. The code is published on GitHub under an MIT license.
