Google DeepMind on June 30, 2026 made Gemini Omni Flash, a natively multimodal video generation and editing model, generally available to developers via the Gemini API and Google AI Studio. The same day, on the Video Edit category of the Arena video evaluation platform, the model placed second with an Elo rating of 1347 (±16, 998 votes, preliminary), roughly 40 points ahead of the next best model, HappyHorse 1.0 (1308).
