An open-source cross-platform client called Happier has launched, letting developers run AI coding agents such as Anthropic's Claude Code and OpenAI's Codex seamlessly across mobile, web, and desktop. It runs the agents locally on a PC while allowing operations to be handed off between devices, and is currently in Alpha preview.
