On June 30, 2026, Anthropic released 'Claude Science,' an AI workbench app for researchers, in beta. It aims to integrate the often-scattered tools, databases and compute resources into a single environment to support entire research workflows. Rather than a new model, it is positioned as a dedicated app built on existing Claude models.
