Adam Selipsky, the former CEO of AWS, has taken the helm of Helix Digital Infrastructure, a new AI data center company spearheaded by KKR. The venture carries more than $10B in committed capital, with investors including NVIDIA, Vistra Energy and the Kuwait Investment Authority, and is aimed at developing and operating hyperscale data centers for AI.
