Google DeepMind on June 30, 2026 released two models in quick succession: the image-generation model "Nano Banana 2 Lite" and "Gemini Omni Flash," a multimodal model focused on video generation and editing. The former is generally available, while the latter is offered as a public preview via the Gemini API, Google AI Studio, and the Gemini Enterprise Agent Platform.
